This case is different. So far the improvements in efficiency windmills were basically this: If you lengthen the blades of the windmills, get more energy. But apparently the company Leviathan Energy is adding to this model through its Wind Energizer and is reporting efficiencies greater than 30% and even up to 150% when it comes winds.
The technology is based on passive objects placed near the turbines and not the turbines themselves. The Wind Energizer is a donut-shaped structure of steel and plastic, but the exact dimensions of it will depend on the specific data, the tower height, the length of the blades, prevailing wind direction, intensity , etc.
