All turbines are called connection speed, which is about 3 m / s. They also have a cutting speed, which is about 25 m / s. The power is usually controlled by changing the "step" of the helix, which is nothing but change the angle of attack relative to the air. The effect is quite similar to change gear in our car (although in this we have only five or six gears default.) The video shows what happens when the brake generator does not work if the cutting speed is exceeded. Stating that the cutting speed is not only based on what is referred to mechanical problems but also to a decrease in performance.
